I was thinking about refinancing my current mortgage to help save on monthly payments and therefore provide a way to save up more cash quicker. i can pay my monthly mortgage and tuck the rest away for building cash reserves.I just completed the Biggerpockets' Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing book and have learned a great deal.

[/list:u]Finally, if you're buying properties under your name and secured by your personal assets, and you tuck it into an LLC, if the LLC is sued and you have to come up with the mortgage, the judge can still attach your personal assets up to the mortgage amount...so the liability protection you're getting from the LLC is pretty slim...only exists AFTER your personal assets are attached up to the remaining mortgage, only AFTER the remainder of the suit exceeds your insurance policy, and only AFTER you still refuse to settle with the plaintiff.

I would go for 10-12mm wide angle lenses and at least f2.8, not f3.5 or f4.0 and certainly not f5.6.As far as cameras go, one of the guru's I really respect and follow, Kirk Tuck, has recently recommended the Panasonic GH3 for video and pretty much anything else.

You can then spackle the interior and point tuck the outside if it is brick, and no one will know there ever was a problem.My friends had it done on their house, they had fixed the cracks inside previously, and the jacking forced all the mud back out of the cracks.
