Hello Ladies and Gents.

My lady right now gets more bored the more I get excited and talk about it.

So, I have single ladies with one child calling me saying that they have pre-approval to Buy while they still can, my 3/1.5 with carport for $130,000 and I have to say no because I have raised the price to $160,000.

Over the years, I've rented to 2 ladies in that profession.

My property manager recommended a paralegal whom she used in the past (she knew this lady for over 10 years).I paid the paralegal money to prepare the paperwork and file it with the court.

Maybe a ladies only lunch??

This is relevant - gotta post it here...My ex told me there was a sign in the ladies room at work which read:"If you sprinkle when you tinkle, be a sweetie: wipe the seatie."

There was a story in the newspaper about 20-25 years ago about a lady that died at 89 with an estate of $88 million.

Other occupants would be the ladies 20 year old daughter who was very nice and her 7 month baby.

Nope, in the kitchen or doing laundry, thats about it......j/k ladies
