Why waste your time by pricing the rental high?

So often, I see beginners make the mistake of thinking they will DIY and save money when the reality is, they waste more time which increases costs and they do not donate same quality a professional can do.

I sued them, dropped some MLS pictures showing they had long knowledge of said tree, as well as some case law showing that tree was their responsibility previous knowledge or not....the city's lawyer had no case. she tried to offer me 1000 pre judgment, I told her offer time was before I sued them and ended up wasting my time in court.  

not like epoxy. it will be a waste of money. fiberglass showers and tubs tend to crack.

As soon as we realized we would not be buying the property, we told him he could stop wasting his time, and our bill was prorated accordingly.  

I made the mistake of doing this process myself, resulting in multiple filings, and multiple trips, wasting a lot of time.  

Unless you're a local celebrity doing an endorsement, I think using your, or anyone's face who isn't well known is a waste of good space.
