There may be a simpler solution to what you say you want to achieve.Why have you been unable to pull cash out through a refi? 

Hubuz, Altisource and Real Home Services and Solutions (RHSS) are not licensed to sell real estate in the State of CT, even though their site states that RHSS is a licensed broker  Any CT licensee that is reprsenting Altisource, HUBZU, Ocwen or RHSS is violating licensing law.  

NOTHING for all the extra time/effort for monitoring a foreclosure, dealing with bankruptcy counsel, etc., etc.So when we say our best world would be if we never filed another foreclosure, we're "truthin."

Probably want to get an accountant and an attorney (for the Operating Agreement), but this "solution" is cost effective, necessary, and sufficient when dealing with more than one and less than several people.

Your short term furnished housing may just be the solution to that.

I tweak my website based on said tests.Click funnels, and all these ploys and tricks to find leads simply do not compare to simply SHOW you are the best solution for them.Spend more efforts being credible than figuring out how to get their email!

I also used the opportunity to wire the entire unit with Cat-6 Ethernet for the Tenants and for our building monitoring and automation system.Next spring we will undertake the same to the upstairs unit (should be easier as we do not plan to move any walls upstairs and the floors are fairly level already {one of the few benefits of balloon framing}.

And if you have 15% down, you’re more than halfway there to an easy solution! 

You'd have to have some way to monitor this...also what if somebody has a guest over for a few hours, are you going to tow that person?
