If so, that's pretty disingenuous to promote a strategy as a subject matter expert and leave out important challenges.

Other than private money lending or some creative finance, I would be weary of anyone promoting that as an interest rate.  

The local and state REIA's do a decent job promoting vendors.

The strategy is branded under different name like infinite banking, bank on yourself, be your own bank, the LASER fund, ...Some are promoting the use of Whole Life Insurance, some the use of Universal Index Life Insurance.

Local government touts opening a big prison as a economic win while I see a grand total of 1 convention booked over a year away at the "convention center" .. why not hold a big jobs/engeneering fair for free promote Rose Hulman or a nursing expo for hospital/ISU... ring up Grate Dane or Steel dynamics and tell them there tax abatment will pass if they book the company convention in TH!

I'm currently emailing BP about why they went w/RR and they simply put me in touch w/RR, which....was a bit odd b/c I have nothing against a company doing its bet (RR), but I do have questions for a company (BP) choosing an inferior product to promote. 

I'd like to note that this home has been remodeled and appears to be in great condition and not have any issues come up during home inspection.Fannie Mae states this right on their site:"Our goal is to support neighborhood stabilization, which includes prioritizing sales to owner occupants and selling properties in a timely manner to promote stability and minimize the impact to the local community."
