Hello BP community How do i run the number to see if i got a good deal or not?  How do i know what is the most i can offer to win the contract, so that the buyer and I can turn a good profit?

@Elenis C.Go look at the house he’s got cherry pick the best one and try to get him to do a “ land contract” on the house aka seller financing.
