It is well organized but it doesn't work like they say.

Buyer's ability to manage the store, store location (demographics, access, traffic counts etc), store upkeep, clean environmental reports also play big roles.Unless you have a strong note in all three areas, you will likely not be able to sell more than 3 or 4 years worth of payments at a time.Scott

It will take some work organizing myself to create a system, but I think there are just about enough resources to get a report of some kind for free each month.

It begins with assessments of the structure and organization, then moves into an assessment of management, qualifications, certifications and administrative oversight.

For example I am good at finding the deals but don't have great organizational skills so a good partner to compliment me would be someone who is organized and pays attention to detail but doesn't like dealing with sellers.

Besides, one really annoying thing about FloridaMoves is it does not allow you to add custom comments for each property you saved or to sort / organize them.I wonder what sites you all use.

I have a full time job at the local credit union and I'm close to being topped out in my pay scale, and it's the highest paying job in the organization, without becoming management.
