Perhaps nationwide renting is actually the biggest pond, but I'd prefer to stay in my area until later down the road with rentals.

Same with Seattle sellers in the 80s... 08 was nationwide and catastrophic in all asset class's but resi has crashed before and history does repeat itself.. and yes there were many strategic foreclosures in certain markets.. led by AZ  NV  FLA  ... when you bought a home for 600k in vegas or PHX and its now selling for 300k... people walked..

While real estate feels similar nationwide, every state and even many localities have nuances that remote professionals may not be aware of.

Not just Georgia, but if I decide to get real estate in other states, I am looking for a bank nationwide and available just about anywhere in the USA to do transactions with my RE Business.Thanks for your time. 

But I think the effect will be nationwide eventually.

The market slowed a little nationwide last month with rising rates but the numbers indicate that that was a bit of a blip and it appears to be picking back up already. 

My question is likely geared towards RE agents and Realtors however I selected the "General" forum because I didn't want to limit who would be able to offer insight on this one.I am kicking off an "Investor Marketing" campaign looking for both local and nationwide investors looking to work in the Pittsburgh area.
