We had a Carrier AC that the fan motor blew up.  

I have 3 paragraphs just on Lawn mowing and the penalties there of, 3 paragrraphes on vehicles and the penalties, etc, BBQ's away from house, etc, Pets and disturbance and penalties,  noise, rubbish and penalties, etc,  .....You're new at this.

They even have a towing company, with their signage on site, that hauls away vehicles that are not part of their community (!!).

@Samuel Girouard  we specify a max number of vehicles in our  leases for MF some SFs as well.

I think investing in a vehicle such as real estate or a self-directed IRA can yield infinitely better returns.

The mindset every turnkey buyer should have is that going turnkey is just a vehicle to get you the property.

My personal AC went out yesterday and I have a relationship with a company, I called at 10, they came at noon and realized I needed a new motor, picked one up and were done by 4.
