Specifically, do not discriminate against any of the Fair Housing protected classes (i.e. race, color, religion, gender, physical or mental disability, etc.)For what it's worth, I don't see any problem with what you are doing.

Move right into a place that's already red tagged for an eviction a few days in the future.Just goes to show you that he has the "tenant" mentality and not the "investor" mindset.

The homeless although mostly mentally unbalanced have learned not to cause trouble. 

Point being, I've committed financially and mentally to this investment track just a month ago and though I haven't made a deal it has been amazing how quickly I have connected with people that have offered up help.

I have a mental block against investing in this state, from when the California overtake happened, tens of thousands of people from CA flooding AZ and jacking up housing prices beyond belief.  

They really do not operate a efficient business, do not understand tenant mentality and really just want a "good" tenant to stay forever so they do not actually have to think about  operating their business.

It is my understanding (via lawyers) that the note has to come through an individual with reasonable and professional responsibility for the mental or physical care of the individual..  

You are going to be a contrarian in your family, they are going to tell you that you are wrong, and you're probably going to have some mental issues around money and success in general and feeling worthy. 

No one should receive anything - Section 8, food stamps, even military/ss disability - without some type of work unless you are 100% physically & mentally disabled.

I am originally from California and White Rock lake and the Dallas Arboretum have been essential to my mental health and general well being since moving to DFW (which is not particularly known for its abundance of natural beauty)!
