Same goes for "unconscionable profits": it is only unconscionable when a court of law says so.And when it comes to "informed sellers", I encourage every homeowner I deal with to seek advice from the relevant expert (tax expert, RE lawyer, RE agent, psychic/medium, tea leaves, whomever they feel is working in their best interests) on what is best for them in the transaction.

What happens if you do one of these deals, and before you can sell it, the government decides to remove the ability for interest to be itemized on a tax return (which is currently being pitched), incentivizing people NOT to buy property or interest rates rise (which is 100% going to happen in the short to medium timeframe at least some) to a level that makes buying your property no longer affordable for the average buying, causing you to hold it longer.
