Two things I’ve noticed while searching existing property on the web.

I got 7 people on the phone in the first 10 leads 2 were motivated sellers ... the one I have a contract on was a referral from a contractor we use ... and I got a call back from a seller with a 5 acre commercial property ... its just been very frustraiting to spend time on fast people search and true people search and county tax info web sites  looking up info and waisting time . 

I’ll add that with the amount of online fraud, stay off the web when looking for a lender.

Digital watchdog have some that record to a SD card in the camera so you don't need a DVR.I think they act as their own web server if you can use the tenants wifi.
