Hello everyone, my wife and I just closed on our first deal this afternoon.

Good afternoon BP,So today we closed on two properties, a quadplex and a triplex, 6 of the 7 units were rented.

The letter from HOA was certainly a surprise.Of course, the letter arrived on a Friday afternoon.

(be cool)When calling them back, let them know that you think you can work with them and ask if they would prefer to meet tomorrow morning or this afternoon to get the deposit and sign the lease.
