Being a good interviewer is definitely an art.

I would interview a few local Realtors and choose one that you feel best to work with and can TEACH you all above. 

Going after some local areas, maybe some business interviews, and some of the investment projects I'm working on also.

Interview 3 Real Estate Agents6.  

Well, I’m still interviewing brokers.

(thinking interview based podcast).

That time included taking a course, researching markets, interviewing agents, property managers and contractors, and making an offer.

I've interviewed an attorney who has experience in the process, which from what I've read is step #1. 

We narrowed it down to six firms.I then set up interviews with each of the six firms and it quickly boiled down to one that we really liked so we went and met them in person. 

@Bud Gaffneystill working on my goals but I do have a couple to share1) add 400+ units by end of year (30 under contract to close in January so off to a good start)2) read/listen to 52+ books (I'm thinking about doubling this) 3) run half marathon in September4) visit 8 new countries (obviously might not be possible due to covid)5) walk 30 mins ever day6) be interviewed on 52 podcasts7) increase downloads of both of my podcasts (old fashioned real estate show and last life ever)8) finish writing my book9) start and finish writing two other books (Old fashioned real estate advice and a no bad days book)I'm sure there will be more and or some changes before I am finished writing goals for year.Best of luck to you all
