I know a good bar in Lakeview that has plenty of room, decent food and unlike the big chains, I'm sure would have no issue with us hanging around longer shooting the breeze.

If it's a restaurant some of the equipment it costs a lot of money to remove so the landlord would rather find a food tenant again to go in.It's just like any other trade in that there is a lot of junk out there with a few good deals.

That is not a good reputation for an appraiser to have.I could unload some more, but it's Thanksgiving and I have to digest 10 pounds of food, at least I feel like it's 10 pounds worth, so I don't want my suffering to influence yours.
