You have to figure that majority of the decision makers are going to be women & you have to appeal to them with emotion & staging does that...as you have learned:)But congrats on taking the step and going for it!

Residential student housing is a money maker for them. 

I am leaving my current job to make real estate my full time career, I have experience in apartment leasing, tenant selection and screening as well as construction including door and window rehab / installation and blind installation.

While in my new role as Home Maker (still getting used to it) I would pursue entrepreneurial projects, including real estate.Therefore I'm trying to come up with creative strategies to invest in real estate while not working.

Does this seem to be potential money maker?

I myself am into writing songs for film and tv and for other bands.

A lot of it is dependent on whether you are trying to make real estate your business vs an investor in my personal opinion
