This is a great venue but I sincerely hope the admins take heed to all the bigoted and discriminatory comments expressed by inexperienced investors.

I love to learn, I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to satisfy my creative need to express myself in home interior styling and apply that skill to support sellers in one of the most critical times in their lives.I also love to take that a step further with interior design or redesign and help people create an environment in their homes that nutures them, that enhances their quality of life, that reflects their values and interests. a place they love to be and to share with others.AM I on the right track, now?

Two factors to definitely keep in mind which were already expressed in this chain is the schools are terrible and the job market is not as strong as areas in North Jersey. 

Even if owners tell them to keep quiet, their face expressions will alert you.

she hasn't signed anything yet so you're good. just send another notice (express mail it next day or same day) stating to cancel the previous contract and you will not be renewing the lease.May be even better to hand deliver it & talk things out & see what she has to say.
