If they are inherited, they knew the situation long before you did, and are just trying to give you a hard time as the new owner.I would explain to them that it's the municipality's rule, not yours - and despite the fact you are just as frustrated - you, just like your tenant, are powerless to change the situation as you must abide by the existing rules and laws.If the tenant is claiming that this was not disclosed up front during lease-up, offer to let them out of their lease early.  

The EPA has so many environmental regulations that is very expensive to get around.

Equity is the last payout in the capital structure, so equity holders face the highest risk.Structural risk also exists in joint ventures.

Maybe some sort of a meter exists that can measure how much energy is being emitted to each zone. 

My question is, is there a regulation on REIA meetings?
