The most common in simplest form that has been deemed as most passive is a simple, long-term rental.If you have not purchased a property for yourself, yet, I would highly recommend getting started with house hack, and learning that way.

Hey house hacking peeps, I wanted to share some of the biggest lessons I've learned so far with my wife and I's duplex house hack. 1) Finding the right property is VERY important for a house hack.

If you don't want to cut your realtor out completely - have them list the house for you when the renovation is done! 

Thankfully I've got tons of great photos from throughout the house so it really won't matter.
