I don’t know if New York’s ban will encourage other cities/states to allow it or to also ban it.

I encourage you to read the full just cause eviction and owner move in ordinance a few times on the municode website.

Linkedin, twitter, instagram, any social media can be a good platform especially if you encourage people to share your posts.

I would encourage you to do your due diligence on the person raising the money and the operator also which just adds another layer for you.
