My understanding is that Belize is lightly regulated but most of the land is controlled tightly by nationals.

If an outgoing tenant leaves a roach problem, we wanna call a pest control service ASAP and charge it to their security deposit. 

I think some of these people never venture outside the perimeter or the north side of town. $50k can still get you pretty far on the south side of town.

As is Kansas City, Oklahoma City and many others in the Midwest as well as the Southeast are the best for cash flow IMO (just make sure the crime rates aren't out of control and the city isn't shrinking). 

I am talking about syndication or joint venture or equity partner.
