My brother had a similar issue in his home in NJ with relatives not leaving and he had to file for ejectment which was a bit more difficult then eviction and more time consuming.

I am pursuing a HELOC of $65,000 on my owner-occupied duplex and was wondering how this will affect my DTI ratio when applying for future mortgages.For normal consumer credit cards, the lender adds up the minimum payments and adds it to the debt portion of the DTI ratio.

On a more granular basis, the Zestimate prediction might have a harder time predicting houses that are more expensive (fewer comps, more days on market, higher price volatility) than ones in smaller price ranges where the AI has more to learn from and where price volatility will be lower.
