I just paid off an individual that owner financed for me. 

Definitely speak to an Attorney and CPA who can assist you in setting this up.

Its a team effort with multiple partner/managers in each fund.I have also partnered with individuals in joint ventures on a one-to-one basis for those who are looking for potentially higher upside on the outcome for the project.

I am new to BP and the area and I would love to connect with other like minded individuals.

The individual is currently traveling across Alaska with no set date on when he will return and does not have the note on him.

@Allan Smith He's taking what it's going to cost him for individual cap ex items and dividing it by the period of time until that expense will be realized.

I would also consider paying myself a wage from the rehab budget, either as an individual or through a second company that I make for the purpose of submitting the labor invoice.
