Kind of akin to the dot com mania, every stock market player who bought anything tech related thought they were a genius (myself included) since they all went up in price....until the burst.

I would highly suggest you go to some of those.. so you can get to know who the players are and what the ground rules are.

We didn't even get the free MP3 player and CD that we were supposed to receive.

Secondly, start finding out who all the players are, lots of info and how to do this in the archives.Third, don't worry about getting your license right now, but do get the state refefence book if there is one, and learn the basic knowledge of a real estate agent.
