This NYT article " A Quiet Giant of Investing Weighs in on Trump" pretty much sums up how I feel:“The big picture for investors is this: Trump is high volatility, and investors generally abhor volatility and shun uncertainty,” he wrote.

It wouldn't be unreasonable to base an offer off the numbers the seller provides so long as they look reasonable and as part of your due diligence after getting it under contract go through the motions of actually verifying them through whatever means required.

All I would really like you input about any software platforms for tracking properties from picture to owner contact to deal offer to reject/contract to close.I am looking to focus efforts and would like to know if anything exists today that looks at that.

There's so much I miss while I'm at work 40 to 60 hours a week - my wife sends me pictures and videos throughout the day but it's just not the same as being there.

We filed the quiet title action and on the very last day for the Bank to respond before we received a judgment to void the mortgage, a motion was filed saying the balance was $11,000.

We don't do that but we know our area enough to know if it is a good deal or not by the pictures usually.
