That company has been great all along, but when I looked to diversify to other areas (and other strategies), I hit a lot of bumps and companies that were not up to the same standards of integrity and service.

I prefer to keep a solid list of individual discipline providers as they seem to offer a better price/quality than the value-add-vertical-integrated companies.  

Then sites such as revestor.com and many more integrated them.

Appreciation is of course an estimate; it could be eliminated from consideration entirely and the integrity of the example would remain intact.On to number two, many say that less debt equals more cash flow. 

For me, these people have been integral in my growth so far!
