I have excellent role-models in my own family of first-generation immigrants who have invested in RE decades ago and now enjoy total financial freedom before retirement.

We just listed a single family for $2,450 two days ago, which is pretty high for us and no shortage of applications.

I have worked with house hack clients in the past and also am familiar with Jupiter (I have family in Juno Beach and grandparents were in Jupiter 20+ years).  

Friends and family is where I started looking for private money, as there was already a trust factor there.

I can’t say I expect that to happen again any time soon… but it has been an amazing ride across 25 single & multi-family properties!!

I'm particularly passionate about Pennsylvania and Upstate N.Y. and multifamily properties.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my granddaughters, my dog, my church family and helping others. 

I live in Orange County and I have been looking into some out-of-state investments for single family up to triplex for a buy and hold to build my rental portfolio.
