Im also a big fan of Danny Johnsons Blog - lots of great info there.I am particularly good at managing contractors for multiple site jobs and have experience doing that.Looking to find out more about the SA or Austin community or anywhere around Central Texas and opportunities in the area and meetup with some fellow RE investors.

@Andrew Hofing I'm not a fan of paying to have access essentially a "list" / inventory, It usually comes with some sort of hook; like $1500.00.

Truthfully, I have borrowed a lot of your data (you probably think I'm some stalker but I am just a huge fan).

If its in a bathroom and there is no fan in the bathroom, it has to open and frankly you want it to open for ventilation (assuming there are no other windows in the bathroom).

I'm not a huge fan of the meetups just because I'm so settled in my arena right now, but I always say that there is no such thing as a bad meetup.

(I'm a big fan of 15 year loans).The people I know who went belly up either had adjustable or balloon loans that couldn't be refinanced, or they jumped off the train while the ride was still wild.

I'm not a fan of classic cars because I don't know how to fix them.
