@David Connolly I thought so too (3 yr possession to QT w/a tax deed.  ) I’m going to follow this post by Denise and her opinion as there’s a lot of confusion on the tax deed.

@Richard NelsonGet a section 8 tenant you will get tough inspector in that area with gold/blonde hair she is mean, but after it gets a approved then you will be fine, cash flowing for a year then it starts all over again.
