Hello - I'm looking for some information on turnkey investing, specifically regarding American Real Estate Investments LLC.

LOL I adjusted my labour rates downward because I have watched too many american based HGTV flipping shows where they redo an entire house for 30k and it looks amazing.I forgot to consider restructuring old or damaged framing, insulation and even floor damage.  

My brother lives there, and it took 2 months just to get APPROVAL to fix his windows from the historic society, then all the time of ordering and installing them.

As of about 2 years ago, the 3 biggest institutional SFR owners in the Charlotte area were American Homes 4 Rent, Colony Starwood Homes, and Invitation Homes.https://www.charlotteagenda.com/82814/charlotte-neighborhoods-bought-sold-wall-street/At the time, they owned 7000+ SFR in the Charlotte area between the 3 of them. 

A must view for beginner borrowers in my mind is the American Greed episode on Remington financialand a visit to Ingrid Robinsons website on how not to get scammed by fake lenders  or pump and dump due diligence thieves.. its ONLY GOTTEN worse with the public utterly confusing reliance on the internet to find these folks and their belief's in social media.

Economy was going great seems like all this is a big scam by someone first the virus then the riots there is something very fishy going on and it’s really about time as the American people regardless of color, ethnicity or religion really start looking into the truth.  

American consumption is so redonkulous I like to look at as punching the the Great American Rat Race in the face.
