@William HochstedlerI agree with all of your points.Now specifically looking at Utah, with the economy being ranked #1 and with more companies coming into the state and jobs being created, I would argue that these record-setting supply years will not keep up with the ever-increasing demand in the state in the near future, but rather be the new norm for the state.I feel like what you are talking about is happening to our neighbors to the North.
