Overall she's been fine - she's older and doesn't speak English so well - there's only been a few minor issues here and there, but luckily I've been in contact with her daughter who often helps problem-solve when the housing authority won't.

I don’t want to because my tenant is older (and a single person in my unit, so a pretty low maintenance tenant)—and I’m not sure she can afford it, but I don’t want to be screwed  when she leaves.
