They're tired of the harassing phone calls and I don't blame them, I am too.

My partner and I have purchased several tired medical buildings that had stood vacant for 3-5 years.  

Tire kickers don't normally leave voice messages.

Reinvest the profits from these flips until your seed money is tripled....then,...3 - Take the profits from continued flipping to buy cash flow properties.Repeat steps #2 and 3 until tired of making money.Important points:A - There is a special type of investment you need to do in Step #1 in order to accomplish what I wrote, and control risk.B - In step #2, I said flip the cash.

The staff is unresponsive so I always have to go to their Office Manager...and to be honest I think she's getting tired of me emailing her with problems (hahaha).

Like you, I'm up at 5am to get a tiny bit done (when one of the littles doesn't sabotage my plans with an early wakeup), using an hour or so at work (I'm more efficient than most of my co-workers, so I figure I'm due), bleary-eyed time at the computer when I'm dead tired after bedtime.
