The claim that any system runs on its own is pretty lofty, IMO, with the years I have been around and having a fair idea about technology today, no system will explain questions of any seller, show them where to sign or wlak through a property to get the cost estimates.

Our crew always take photos and lets us know about any damage, which mitigates any issues falling through the cracks.What @Sean Walton said is also true in that you can use technology such as a keypad door lock to pretty much take the "on the ground" work out of it.
