It wouldn't hurt to provide a personal financial statement see example below, https://www.sba.gov/content/personal-financial-sta...also an executive summary, copy of you credit report, and a list of "real estate owned", google parentheses to find a sample pdf.You might also want to inquire about a blanket loan for your properties as well as a business line of credit.Good luckAshley

can't speak for all turn key but I am pretty sure most turn key of course are investors and own the assets.. ( I know I fund a bunch of them) and they own the PM companies as an affiliate.. however not many if any actually own the construction company.. they have maintenance folks on staff at the PM.. but I think the major rehab is done by sub contractors....

If I have to close on the front end and back end that's probably going to be $40,000 in closing costs total which is why I'm considering doing a lease option instead and simply executing it that way.
