It's tough for out-of-towners to compete and find a good deal, but if you're here and can drive the streets in your neighborhoods, do that!

Most HMLs I deal with will do that; however, they will probably charge an extension fee.

That doesn't do anything but help people buy homes that probably can't afford to do so.
