I am looking for an investor with access to $1 million to pay for the architect and engineering and legal and finance work.

The house is in need of serious repairs and as it sits, my educated guess ( Based on property tax values of comps and the fact that the same architect built 3 similart homes and his neighbor sold his house a year ago for $2.8 Million) its worth $1.5 Million or so.

depends. if you are talking multi million house, most people get a designer/architect to suggest chages.if you are talking about a 100k, you just replace what's there and people fall i love with it cause it's "NEW"!

Key was using a local and experienced architect within the town.We installed new foundation walls from superior walls and began out build.We went with a modern design, outside of our normal traditional colonial, but we feel it came out great.
