So it comes down to quality of asset in the beginning and quality of TENANT.. even super man PM can't manage un manageable tenants.. and you can get better tenants by purchasing better properties.So you may want to look at all your options... there are many.... compare side by side then go check them out.I was just in KC myself this weekend...
