Many professional in this business, IMHO, feel that a handsom wage is a birth-right and they'll fight to educate the masses that taking a discount is a huge no no...whatever!!!

With an open house, you advertise in the newspaper and online and simply wait for the masses to show up and meet them inside with pens and applications ready if they're interested.

Any liens unsold at the auction are retained at the county level and can be sold individually or in another auction or en masse to one buyer within the first 45 days after the auction.

Even if it's in Central Mass that's fine too.

If they have a mass produced house that fits your needs, you're likely to do well.

I think there will be a mass wave of folks moving down I-35 slowly but surely as they look for new opportunities - If you think back to what Kyle/Buda were 10-15 years ago compared to today it's hard to deny the crowds moving further and further south.

Selling and attempting to sell someone else's home without a license is illegal in Mass, however as soon as you have a signed contract you gain equitable interest in the property and can treat it as your own.
