Found a small mobile home park in a small town outside of Houston and I’m looking to connect with anyone doing mobile home park investing in the Houston area.

I have NO intentions of opening an ad agency or doing some kind of training course. 

We purchased a Manufactured Housing/Mobile Home Park in Indiana. 

Further (and I may have said it before, but I can’t see it while posting on mobile), you have an escape clause, so you’re also extending that statement to something along the lines of “unless we discover something along the way that prevents us from completing the deal.”

Then there lies the question, how will rules be enforced and who will be the enforcement agency.

I reached out to a bank and they said that the loan would have to be recourse and would need someone to sign with real estate ownership experience and the net worth in leverage.I reached out to an agency broker, and he told me that they can do non recourse , but would need someone with the net worth in leverage and real estate experience as well.So the questions becomes, what’s the best and easiest way to get your first mortgage to build up that experience ?

It's a old mobile home park if it makes a difference.

I personally have done 6 of these deals with mobile homes and there are a blast but challenging.
