Always amazed at how little most Constables actual know about the eviction process as they are an integral part of it!

I do have questions about insulation and the integrity of some of the walls, but without getting very deep into the building's interior I can only estimate what my extra costs from those issues might be.Does anyone have any experience doing an F&F on a prefab structure?

The Purchase and Sale Agreement ("PSA") for the sale of your relinquished property and the purchase of your replacement properties must be assigned to your Qualified Intermediary ("QI") in order to integrate the sale and purchase transactions into your 1031 Exchange. 

There ARE still people left with enough principles and integrity that they will honor a deal even if legally they don't absolutely have to.  

That company has been great all along, but when I looked to diversify to other areas (and other strategies), I hit a lot of bumps and companies that were not up to the same standards of integrity and service.

I prefer to keep a solid list of individual discipline providers as they seem to offer a better price/quality than the value-add-vertical-integrated companies.
