I called them up and was not impressed...Fees + fees + fees + fees + 5 points + 14% interest...blah, blah, blah...and on top of all that they want you to wire them $3K to get a bunch of education stuff and start up fee...had scam written all over it so I passed up.

Seriously, they seem to be killing it in the DFW market, and I was impressed w/ the due diligence they performed in short order on a bid I recently made on a 175 unit complex.
