I believe there are 1-2 layers of roofing currently on the roof.What's the going rate (range), per square, to remove, haul away, and replace this type of roof?

How much more are you paying to have those poor performing things taken off and hauled away?

I started investing for the long haul with 401(K)s, stocks, etc, but I quickly realized that I will not be able to reach my goals if I stayed on this path.

I would like to begin real estate on the right foot and be in it for the long haul and not just short term.

Who would't want an extra garage in their neighborhood to store their toys or junk.  

It may take up to a months rent and you rent the truck to haul their stuff out, but, that is the only way at the moment.
