Tenant can still pay rent, late fees, and other penalties in full and get back into my good graces, but I do not waive any fees, accept payments, etc.

Hello Everyone, Is anyone else having difficulty finding a good deal for a fix and flip in the Denver metropolitan area? 

Starting with a turnkey cash flow rental is a good idea.

The pictures from the zillow link are pretty good already, but after looking at the airbnb it shows how much room there is for creating exemplary photos above the zillow listing.
