Anytime I ask a potential buyer for my list what kind of deals they are looking for and they say "everything", I know they are flying blind with no real business model yet.

Even did fly buy programs out of LA.. this is all pre turnkey rental stuff of course. 

If they were to let gravel roads fly like surrounding counties I would already be looking into it but I don't think a major sub would be worth much yet.

[BUT, the fly in the ointment is the Interest Rate].Seems to me that the last few years, 30 year Notes have not been too different from 15 year Notes regarding Interest Rate, BUT, if that's now changing, then I reckon we SHOULD be paying closer attention to such differences.Maybe "the longer-term the better" mantra amongst Investors who are close to the bone SHOULD be challenged?...
