Any recommendations for finding great deals on materials in Central Florida?  

You are not here to do GC, your strength is the financial side, buying and selling, marketing, etc.Before you do, this, invest time on what you want to put on your rehabs, an sku list or specifications sheets or finish material list, a price list both labor and material, a method on how to solicit bids, procedure manual if you need it, contract samples/templates, etc.

I really like the tub surround, never seen that type before what material is that?

Those are also considerations I think about when choosing materials. 

@Aleksey Vinogradov - at least in my area, ready-mix companies usually only supply the product... you'll still need a contractor to place the material, unless you're doing it yourself.

That is why investors use cheap throw away materials that break down after so many years.
