I was interested in viewing a property and the shocking feedback from my buyer’s agent was that the listing agent (who also happens to be the seller) immediately expressed concern when he learned that I was female.

I heard a local real estate attorney speak about these types of transactions and he expressed concerns about getting all the i's dotted and tees crossed.

I think we could extrapolate this for the other situation as well, if either partner expresses need to leave the partnership, they can voluntarily sell ownership at a specific discount perhaps.

There were tons of REO's on the market at the time (late 90's), and I was like a kid in a candy store, with a no-limit American Express card. 

Schools have already been closed, so people "know", but their total lack of care is concerning to me and makes me expect rapid infection growth in the US (as we have seen in Europe - they are just 2 weeks ahead of us in the curve).Some of my buyers have expressed that the impact on their stock portfolio is causing down payment concerns, but will still go forward.

What you might be referring to are the costs that are expressed early in the policy where the cash value is less than the premium paid.

Housing is a necessity and also one of our biggest life style expressions - prices are based on supply and demand, and neither of them has a likelyhood of change, at least not within the next years.
