Hi,I'm sure this is a topic that most have not encountered because of basic due diligence before renting a property. 

They also have addendums for owner financing, and almost any situation that you might encounter.

Recommendation:  You may need to switch to a non-bank commercial lender (non-bank lenders are growing in popularity for the reason you encountered and more).  

You will encounter business costs.

This is what I am encountering, in the current Mortgage Industry.

This was Monday last week and I've still haven't received anything.I've had a few encounters with these types of agents.

Speaking for single family homes, you may encounter the problem that the agent will not agree as they very well may be hurting for closing commissions in these gard times and can not wait for their commission.
