There are plenty of brokers who have reasonable fees.

We are not all rich and I think many smaller players are going to be getting out of the mkt especially for SFH where house prices are way up with plenty of buyers.

You can find plenty of multi-family properties in Dogtown for sale, and an FHA would be your best bet for starting out with minimal capital.

Plenty of housing available and lots used for student housing. 

Not sure what is for sale but the Forest View / Tammany area is nice and has plenty of duplexes.

Zillow does not automatically update agent information, so those that have current info with plenty of reviews are the ones trying to get more business.A good agent can also direct you to a local lender, if you choose to go that route. 

Plenty of controllers that don't require wifi....amazon, home depot, lowes....wifi is the latest and greatest add on....we've long had systems before wifi.

I remember very early in my career I went to list a house in a tract neighborhood where it seemed like about every 4th house was the same floorplan....so plenty of good comps, same age, same size, same floorplan. 

Prices have gone up everywhere but we still have plenty of clients buying in Worcester.
