I know oil heating can be converted into gas heating and it wouldn't be as expensive as oil.My fear is that I haven't dealt with oil heating in the past and it may cost me at least $4000-$6000.

Legacy agricultural district converted into rural homes, so their neighbors have pigs in their yard, goats, mobile homes, etc...Not entirely sure what the following means, but the seller states the following and wonder if this automatically means I will not be able to get financing from a bank:"This property will be quick claim deeded to buyer, buyer needs to be a cash buyer.

For me for  long-term buy and holds,  I  see it as a positive, except that (in my area)  it generally means one or both of the houses was built by a homeowner(or converted garage)  living in the other one.

Historic buildings built in 1908 as part of a college who closed down in the 30s, converted to apartments some time ago, so every building is unique.I know that I can't close on this and just jump half the complex 200 a month the day I close, I was thinking of doing some meaningful to tenants type improvements adding a few amenities, like for example it's on 3.5 acres of park like land.
